The origin of YCF

Yellow Cutter Wood Service Foods (YCF) is a sister company of Yellow Cutter Wood Service (YCWS). The YCF restaurant developed from the (YCWS) product demos of showing people how to pair particular woods with various foods to create the best flavors. These product demos led to cooking demonstrations, corporate catering, and ultimately a restaurant. Click the link below for a brief synopsis of the YCF story.
